If you’re experiencing delays or errors when activating your eSIM, or if you're having issues with no service or poor reception, follow these steps to resolve the problem:

  1. Verify eSIM Compatibility:

    • First, let’s make sure your device can handle eSIM. Find out here to see if your phone is eSIM-ready.

  2. Check Network Coverage:

    • Make sure that you are within range of T-Mobile towers. If you're not, try moving to a location with better reception and attempt the activation process again.

  3. Generate a New eSIM:
