In this guide, we’ll walk you through the steps to easily change or update your current plan, or how to select a plan if you're a new customer or adding a line.
Changing/Updating Your Plan:
Sign in to your Panda Mobile portal and navigate to the "Manage Line" section.
Under "My Plan", click on "Change Plan".
A list of available plans will be displayed. Select the plan that best fits your needs.
Click "Confirm and Pay" to proceed. The payment will be processed using your saved payment method.
You’ll receive a welcome email confirming the plan change.
Selecting a Plan for New Customers or Adding a Line:
For New Customers:
Set up your accountby following the prompts when you click "New to Panda Mobile?".
During the setup process, you’ll be asked to select a plan that suits your needs, including our new Starter Plan.
For Existing Customers Adding a Line:
Sign in to your account.
On the landing page, below the "Manage Line" section, you’ll see two dots, indicating different profiles or steps.
Tap or swipe on the dots to switch between lines until you arrive at the option to add a line.
Click "Add a Line" to start the process. Then, select the plan you’d like for the additional line.
Fill in the necessary details as prompted and complete the process.
