Step 1. Purchase a Plan
• Visit pandamobile.com
• Click "Get Your Plan"
• Select your plan and choose "Already have Panda Mobile SIM " under SIM type •Fill in your information to create your account.
Step 2. Completing Payment and Check out.
• Enter the promo code, click “Apply”
• Choose payment method. If in China, select “Other Methods” to use WeChat Pay or Alipay.
• Click “Subscribe” to Complete the payment
• Auto-redirect to confirmation, click “Continue” to activate
Step 3. Activate Your Service (Billing starts upon activation)
• Log in to your account and click "Start Activation"
• Confirm your service address (must be a U.S. address)
• Select "I’d like a new number"
• Confirm whether your device is under a contract
• Choose Physical SIM as the SIM type
• Click "I have my Panda SIM"
• Enter the ICCID number (located at the lower-left corner of your SIM card) and click Submit to complete activation
• A U.S. phone number will be assigned to you
• Insert the SIM card into your device to complete the activation
Step4. Install Your SIM Card
• Eject the SIM Card Tray - Use a SIM ejector tool (or a small paperclip) to open the SIM card tray on your phone.
• Insert the SIM Card - Place your Panda Mobile SIM card into the tray with the gold contacts facing down, then slide the tray back into your phone.
• Restart Your Phone - Turn your phone off and on again to ensure it recognizes the new SIM card and connects to the Panda Mobile network.
