What is declared value?

The amount you fill in will be displayed on the package invoice. When your package is randomly checked by customs, they will check the package's declaration information. If customs suspect that the shipment is not declared properly, then there is a possibility that your package will be held.

What is personalized declare and system declare?
We offer two declare methods, system declare and personalized declare.
System declare is an easy way for new customers. Pandabuy system will declare randomly according to the categories of products.
If you do not have a high requirement on declaration, you can use this way and write the total declared value. Pandabuy system will help you declare it.
Note: It may happen that not all of the products will be displayed on the declaration invoice since Pandabuy system will declare randomly according to the categories of products if you choose system declare. Do not worry that the orders were missing, they have all been packed in the package.
Personalized declare is used for customers who have customized requirements in declaration. This option can edit your declaration info such as category, qty, weight, unit declared value.
