Hi guys💫,

Sometimes when you recharge and pay with credit card, it said failed on your page.

Please do not worry. This is not a big issue.:)

Why did this happen❓

The reason maybe as follows:

1. Not verified by 3DS

The credit card requires you to verify 3DS. Just like the verification code received by the mobile phone when we pay, if the card is bound to your own mobile phone, just fill in the code.

2. Rejected by the bank's anti-fraud

It may be that the bank thinks that your transaction is risky. So the payment is reviewed by your bank. Since the money has not yet reached our platform, we are unable to verify it for you. In this case, we suggest you to contact the bank for consultation.

3. Insufficient funds

Please try to recharge a small amount to see if the recharge is successful. If it went through, it means that your credit card is available. But the remaining money is not enough to pay your order.

This may be due to exchange rate and handling charges. Please note that the exchange rate of our platform is inconsistent with the international exchange rate.

4. Declined by bank

It recommends that you contact your bank to verify the specific reason for the rejection of the transaction

If you are sure that you have been debited, but the recharge fails, the money will be returned automatically, please don't worry.

In other cases, please contact the online customer service and provide the payment screenshots and transaction number for verification.
