If you have been charged already, kindly wait for the money to go through.

For most payment options, the money will arrive immediately once you recharge successfully.

So please check your Pandabuy account balance firstly, you will be surprised to find that the money is already in the balance!

However, if you were charged but there is no money adding to your account, the reason may be as follows:

Ⅰ. PayPal E-check

It typically takes 3 to 10 days to complete review by PayPal.

In order not to affect your transaction progress, it is not recommended to use e-check for recharging. If you have already used it, please do not worry and wait patiently.

Of course, you can cancel it on PayPal and change a payment method. The refund will be back to PayPal after review.

Ⅱ. PayPal Review

Occasionally, when you use PayPal to recharge, the money will be reviewed by PayPal. It typically takes 24 hours to complete. If the payment did not arrive, maybe PayPal is still reviewing, we suggest you to contact PayPal to verify. After review, the money will be topped up to your Pandabuy balance.

Ⅲ. Card Review

Usually, recharging by credit card is immediate, but sometimes the payment will be reviewed by the card organization. In this case, we are not sure how long the review time will take. Since the payment did not arrive, we cannot check in detail, it is recommended to contact the card agency/card organization/issuing bank to verify. Ⅳ. Sofort

It typically takes 2 to 14 working days to complete.

If the review is completed, you will be notified of the success or failure.
