Can't find your booking confirmation email? Check here what to do.

After completing your booking payment, a confirmation email is always sent automatically to the email you provided. You can view the email address that the confirmation was sent to right after you have paid when making a booking.

Check your spam!

Not in your inbox? Sometimes the email ends up in the spam filter, so always check this. If you really can't find it anywhere, it could be that the e-mail address has a typo or something else went wrong.

Still can't find it? Don't worry!

You will receive an SMS 1.5 hour before the start of your booking, there you will find your access page link, from where you can manage your booking and open the entrance/exit gates. Do you want to receive the SMS earlier? Then go to My bookings and we will send you your booking details.
