How do I cancel my booking?

If you no longer need your booking, you can easily cancel it.

You can cancel your booking up to 1 hour before your booked entry time and receive a refund for the parking fee. The service fee will not be refunded.

How to cancel the booking:

  1. Open your booking confirmation email, SMS or the app.

  2. Go to the access page.

  3. Click on the 'Manage booking' button.

  4. Then click on 'Cancel booking'.

  5. Then confirm that you want to cancel.

You will be issued with a refund within 3-5 working days.

Any cancellation requests within 1 hour of your booked entry time will not be refunded.
