You can cancel your booking up to 1 hour before your booked entry time and receive a refund for the parking fee. The service fee will not be refunded.
How to cancel yourself the booking:
Open your booking confirmation email
Click on the 'Manage booking' button
Then click on 'Cancel booking'
Confirm that you want to cancel
You will be issued with a refund within 3-5 working days.
Note: any cancellation requests within 1 hour of your booked entry time will not be refunded.
Can't find your confirmation email? Go to My bookings on parkbee.com and fill in your phone number. If you have a booking with that phone number you'll receive a text with the link to your booking.
