Do you need immediate support?

You can reach us 24/7 by phone for emergencies. For less urgent inquiries, you can contact us at support@parkbee.com or send us a message on WhatsApp.

Booking a parking space

  1. Use the search function to find your destination and desired date and time.

  2. Enter your personal details

    We need your phone number and email address to send you a confirmation and reminder. Your number plate for quicker assistance when needed.

  3. Pay through the secure online payment methods in the app.

  4. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately and also an SMS reminder 1.5 hours before your booking starts.

I can't find my booking in the app

If you can't find your booking in the app, you likely made your booking through our website. At the moment, we can't link bookings made online to the app.

Open the confirmation email or SMS to start your parking session and open the entrance, exit and any pedestrian doors through that link.

Accounts

An account in the app lets you quickly checkout, view your booking history, and easily rebook your favourite locations. You'll have exclusive access to all account features in the app, while the web offers limited options.

Subscription accounts aren't integrated yet, so if you have a subscription, please create a new account.

Starting a parking session and opening the entrance

Open the app and go to bookings in the menu. There, you'll see the upcoming booking at the top. Are you at the entrance? Click on start parking session, then you can open the entrance. Don't forget to stop your parking session when you leave.

Driving in and out during the booking

You can drive in and out as many times as you like during your booking. The parking space is reserved just for you!

If you started your session before arriving, simply stop it and start it again to open the barrier.

Stopping your parking session and leaving the location

Always remember to stop your parking session before leaving. Even if the barrier opens automatically, your session might still be active, which could lead to extra charges. To avoid this, make sure to end your session when you're done parking. If there's a barrier, ending the session will also help you open it.

Change booking

You can still change your booking up to 1 hour before the start time. You do this in the booking overview. Click on the booking you want to adjust. In the top right corner, click on change, now you can change the date, time, and your number plate.

Arriving earlier or later

You can enter 30 minutes before your booked start time at no extra cost. Arriving later is not a problem. Of course, we'll keep a space reserved for you.

Extending the booking

After the end of your booking, the parked time continues automatically. You don't have to do anything. You can easily pay for the extra parked minutes online via the app before you exit.

Invoices

You'll receive the invoice for your booking in the confirmation email. If you can't find the invoice or want a different name on the invoice, email support@parkbee.com with all the details, and we'll prepare a customised invoice for you.

Where is the app available?

The app is now available in Dutch, English, and French for users in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. While it's not available in the United Kingdom just yet, we're working on it!
