General Rule

  • If a match is not completed, any entries on that event are usually cancelled and refunded. Additional conditions may be required depending on the sport.

  • Examples include:

    • A baseball game that is rained out.

    • An esports match where a team forfeits or surrenders before completing the required maps.

Partial Game Contests

  • If your contest is placed on a specific period of the game (e.g., H1), and that period has been fully completed, the contest remains valid, even if the rest of the match is not played.

Official League Designation

  • In some cases, a league may officially recognize the outcome of a shortened or incomplete game.

  • ParlayPlay reserves the sole discretion to determine whether contests on these games are voided or settled.

Esports-Specific Rules

  • Best of 3 contests: At least 2 maps must be played for the match to count as valid or completed.

  • Best of 5 contests: At least 3 maps must be played for the match to count as valid or completed.
