If you no longer wish to use ParlayPlay and would like to permanently close your account, you have two options:
Contact Support – Reach out through in-app Live Chat, and our Support Team will assist you.
Use the Online Delete Function – Go to Account → Settings → Personal Information. Below the Save button at the bottom of the page, click Click Here to initiate deletion.
⚠️ Please keep in mind that once closed, your account cannot be reopened.
