What happens if multiple accounts are associated with the same information on ParlayPlay?

Creating or using multiple accounts is a violation of ParlayPlay’s Terms of Service. We strictly enforce this rule to ensure fair play and platform integrity.


Detection of Multiple Accounts

ParlayPlay uses advanced systems to detect duplicate accounts. This may include reviewing:

  • Personal details provided during registration

  • Account activity history and location data

  • Comparisons of Social Security Numbers (SSNs) across databases

These safeguards help us identify and flag duplicates, whether intentional or accidental.


Consequences of Violations

If multiple accounts are detected under the same information:

  • Suspension or Termination – All related accounts will be closed.

  • Non-Recoverable Balances – Any remaining funds in those accounts cannot be recovered, as they were linked to the violation.

  • Final Decisions – Terminations and suspensions are final and not subject to appeal.


What to Do if You Believe It’s an Error

If you believe your account was flagged in error, you may submit supporting documentation and contact ParlayPlay Support.

⚠️ Please note: In most cases, reinstatement is not possible.


How to Avoid Policy Violations

  • Only create one account tied to your information.

  • Ensure your account details are consistent and accurate.
