Overview

Once your ParlayPlay account is closed or deleted, the action is considered permanent. This decision reflects a definitive opt-out from the platform, and accounts closed under any circumstance cannot be reopened or reactivated. The information below outlines the platform's policy regarding account closure and scenarios addressing common customer inquiries.

Why Are Accounts Permanently Closed?

Standard Closure Requests

Requesting to close your ParlayPlay account results in its permanent deactivation. This action confirms that you are opting out of ParlayPlay's services. Once the account is closed, it can no longer be reinstated, reused, or reactivated, as closure is final.

Violations of Terms of Service

If an account is closed due to a breach of ParlayPlay’s Terms of Service, reactivation is not permitted. Additionally, creating new accounts or using the platform after such a closure is also prohibited. Violations may include:

  • Operating multiple accounts which is against platform policy.

  • Non-compliance in responding to compliance checks, such as inquiries regarding questionable deposits.

  • All actions and matters specifically related to fraud, misrepresentation, cheating, theft, or other conduct ParlayPlay deems to be improper.

Self-Exclusions

If you have opted for self-exclusion for a set period (e.g., one year), your account can only be reactivated after the exclusion period has fully elapsed.

If you request an indefinite or permanent exclusion, this will result in a permanent account closure, and your account cannot be reopened.

Policy on Creating New Accounts After Closure

ParlayPlay prohibits the creation of multiple accounts. If a user attempts to create a new account with the same information as a closed account or operate multiple accounts, these accounts may be flagged, frozen, or permanently blocked. This ensures compliance with platform rules.

Exceptions or Changes to Permanent Closure Policy

No exceptions are made to reopen a permanently closed or deleted account. This principle applies universally, regardless of the reason for closure. The permanence ensures consistency in handling account-related matters and upholds the integrity of decisions.
