Self-Exclusion & Break in Play

At ParlayPlay, we are committed to promoting responsible play and giving our users tools to help manage their activity. Our Responsible Play tools allow you to take control of your account whenever you need a pause or a longer-term break.

What Responsible Play options are available?

We offer two responsible play options:

Self-Exclusion

Self-Exclusion is a full account lockout. Once activated:

  • You will be immediately logged out of your account.

  • You will not be able to log back in until the selected period has ended.

  • You will not be able to enter contests, make deposits, withdraw funds, or access any account features.

This option is best for users who want to completely step away from the platform within a certain period.

Break in Play

Break in Play is a temporary gameplay pause. Once activated:

  • You can still log in to your account.

  • You can still withdraw your funds.

  • You cannot enter contests.

  • You cannot make deposits.

  • You cannot redeem rewards.

This option is best for users who want to pause gameplay while keeping account access.

How long can I choose?

Self-Exclusion durations:

  • 1 year

  • 2 years

  • 3 years

  • 5 years

  • 10 years

  • Indefinite

⚠️ Important: Self-Exclusion requests must strictly follow the available timeline options provided at the time of request. Custom or preferred timelines outside of the stated options are not allowed under any circumstances.

⚠️ Self-Exclusion for Arizona users: Available durations are limited to 1, 5, or 10 years only.

Break in Play durations:

  • 1 week

  • 1 month

  • 3 months

  • 6 months


Can I cancel or end it early?

No. Once either Self-Exclusion or Break in Play is activated, the decision is final and cannot be reversed until the selected period ends. We strongly encourage you to review your choice carefully before confirming.


What happens if I have funds in my account?

If you activate Self-Exclusion, we strongly recommend withdrawing any available balance before confirming.

Once Self-Exclusion is active:

  • Your account will be locked immediately.

  • You will not be able to access your funds during the exclusion period.

  • Any remaining funds on an excluded account will still be subject to applicable inactivity fees in accordance with our Terms of Service. Self-exclusion does not pause or exempt an account from inactivity fee eligibility.

For Break in Play, withdrawals remain available during the break period. You can withdraw anytime so long as the withdrawal requirements are met.


What happens when my exclusion or break ends?

For Break in Play:

Your gameplay access will automatically return once your selected period ends. No notification will be sent.

For Self-Exclusion:

Your account does not automatically reactivate after the exclusion period ends. To regain access, you must contact our Support Team via Live Chat for review.

⚠️ Important: Indefinite Self-Exclusion cannot be lifted under any circumstances and is treated as a permanent account deactivation. Once requested and applied, the account will remain permanently closed and cannot be reinstated.


How do I activate Responsible Play tools?

To activate Self-Exclusion or Break in Play:

  1. Log in to your account using the ParlayPlay app or our website.

  2. Navigate to Menu.

  3. Select Responsible Play.

  4. Scroll down to choose either Self-Exclusion or Break in Play.

  5. Select your preferred duration.

  6. Review the confirmation details carefully.

  7. Confirm your selection.


I’m having trouble accessing my account after my period ended.

If your Break in Play period has ended, access should return automatically.

If your Self-Exclusion period has ended and you still cannot access your account, please contact our Support Team so we can review your account and assist with the next steps.
