ParlayPlay offers both temporary and permanent self-exclusion options to support responsible play.
What is Self-Exclusion?
Self-exclusion allows you to deactivate your account either temporarily or permanently.
For temporary requests, during the exclusion period, you will not have access to your account or ParlayPlay services.
Permanent exclusions cannot be reversed, as your account will remain permanently closed.
How to Request Self-Exclusion
1. Temporary Self-Exclusion
Decide on the duration you’d like your account to be excluded.
Provide your username and chosen duration to our Support Team via Live Chat or email.
After the set period ends, your account will not automatically reopen. You’ll need to contact Support to request reinstatement.
2. Permanent Self-Exclusion
Before confirming, please note:
Any unused deposits or balances cannot be refunded.
Once permanently excluded, your account cannot be reopened.
Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or blocking.
To proceed, provide your username to Support, and we will permanently deactivate your account.
Account Reinstatement
Temporary Exclusion: After the exclusion period, you must contact Support via Live Chat to request reinstatement.
Permanent Exclusion: Reactivation is not possible.
Important Notes
Self-exclusion is designed to help you manage your play responsibly.
ParlayPlay strictly prohibits creating multiple accounts using the same credentials. Violations may result in permanent suspension.

✅ Taking advantage of self-exclusion is a responsible step if you need a break or wish to permanently close your account.
