ParlayPlay House Rules

Introduction

These ParlayPlay House Rules (the “Rules”), as well as the ParlayPlay Terms of Service located at https://parlayplay.io/terms (the “Terms”), govern your use of ParlayPlay.

When entering a contest on ParlayPlay, the Authorized Account Holder agrees that they have read, understand, and will adhere to these Rules, as well as the Terms at the time of entering a contest.

The use of this platform is subject to the regulations imposed by applicable state laws and regulations.

ParlayPlay reserves the right to make changes to the site, entry limits, payout limits, and market offerings.

ParlayPlay may update, amend, edit, and supplement these Rules and the Terms at any time.

Any reference in these Rules to words/objects that appear in singular also applies to plural. References to gender are non-binding and to be treated for information purposes only.

1. Types of Entry Fees Accepted

ParlayPlay accepts entry fees via:

  • Credit card

  • Debit card

  • ACH transfer

  • Other approved electronic payment methods

Bonus credits and promotional entries may also be used to enter eligible contests as specified in each promotional offer.

All accepted payment methods are securely processed in accordance with industry standards and applicable laws.

Entry Acceptance

  • An entry is considered valid once it has been successfully confirmed and appears in the Authorized Account Holder’s contest history.

  • Players are responsible for reviewing their entry slip prior to submission.

  • Every entry submitted needs to satisfy all federal and state requirements to ensure they meet the criteria for a skill-based fantasy contest.

Withdrawal of Entries:

  • Once accepted, a customer has 5 minutes to withdraw an entry and receive a refund (subject to cancellation policy).

  • After 5 minutes, entries cannot be withdrawn unless accepted in error due to a technical malfunction or other platform-based fault.

  • In such cases, ParlayPlay reserves the right to void or cancel the entry and refund the fee.

Disputes:

  • In the event of a dispute over the validity or status of an entry, ParlayPlay will refer to its internal transaction log database, which shall serve as the definitive record.

Rejection of Entries:

  • ParlayPlay may, at its sole discretion, reject or cancel entries that violate its Terms of Service, House Rules, or applicable laws, or if fraud or collusion is suspected.

2. Minimum and Maximum Fantasy Sports Contest Entry Amounts Accepted

  • Minimum entry fee: $1.00

  • Maximum allowable payout per single entry: $5,000

  • Entry limits may vary by contest and are determined at ParlayPlay’s sole discretion.

3. The Maximum Number of Entries a Player May Have in a Fantasy Sports Contest

  • Unless otherwise stated, a player may enter a contest once.

  • Some contests may allow multiple entries, which will be clearly disclosed in the contest details.

  • ParlayPlay may limit the number of entries per player per contest to prevent unfair advantages.

4. Method for Calculation and Payment of Winnings

  • Winnings are calculated based on the correct predictions of player performances relative to projections.

  • Perfect Lineup: All correct predictions → payout = entry fee × Target Score.

  • Leaderboard Pool Win: Highest score in pool → payout = Contest Prize.

  • Players receive the higher of the two payouts.

Payout Delivery:

  • Winnings are credited to user accounts.

  • Withdrawals follow standard procedures.

5. Effect of Scheduling Changes and/or Cancelled Events

  • If a scheduled sporting event is cancelled, related entries are cancelled and fully refunded.

  • If a game is postponed without a new date, or not completed the same day → entries cancelled and refunded.

  • If a game starts but is forfeited, all picks on that game will be cancelled.

  • Entries affected by scheduling changes are handled according to contest rules or official scoring sources.

6. Process for Handling Incorrectly Posted Results

Corrections:

  • ParlayPlay uses official league statistics from a third-party provider.

  • Posting or grading errors will be corrected using official stats.

  • If payouts are made on incorrect results, ParlayPlay may reverse or reissue payments.

Stat Corrections:

  • Contests are settled upon receipt of final stats from providers.

  • If an official stat correction occurs within 1 hour of game end → outcomes updated.

  • If correction occurs after 1 hour → original stats/results stand.

This ensures timely contest resolution while maintaining fairness and accuracy.

7. Methods of Funding an Account

Players can fund their account using:

  • Debit cards

  • Credit cards

  • ACH

  • Other approved methods

Funding limits or additional verification may apply.

8. Methods for Redeeming Winnings

  • Withdrawals may be made via ACH, Direct Debit (push-to-card/e-check), or other approved methods.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (many within 1 business day).

  • Email confirmation is sent when withdrawal requests are initiated and completed.

  • All withdrawal requests undergo fraud, compliance, and security reviews.

  • Additional verification may be required in cases of unusual account activity.

9. Policy and Process for Canceling Fantasy Sports Contest Entries

  • Entries may not be cancelled once submitted, except in cases of technical error, system failure, or the following:

    1. Cancellation occurs within 10 minutes of creating the entry, and

    2. More than 15 minutes before the start of the first game.

  • Eligible cancelled entries will be fully refunded.

  • To cancel: Go to My Entries → locate entry → select Cancel Entry.

  • If ParlayPlay voids a contest, entry fees will be refunded.

10. Process for Fantasy Sports Contest Players to Submit Questions and/or Complaints

Response Times:

  • Acknowledgement within 72 hours

  • Initial resolution within 5 business days

11. Notification of the Fantasy Sports Contest Player Dispute Process

ParlayPlay follows the Arizona Department of Gaming (ADG) regulations.

Step 1: Contact Customer Support

  • Email: support@parlayplay.io

  • Live Chat: via app/website

  • Support Ticket: via “My Account” section

  • All disputes acknowledged within 72 hours

Step 2: Escalation to Dispute Resolution Team

  • Submit formal request to support@parlayplay.io

  • Must include:

    • Full name & registered email

    • Contest ID or transaction reference

    • Detailed description & supporting documents

  • Response within 5 business days

Step 3: Resolution Criteria
Covers disputes involving:

  • Contest results

  • Payout delays or inaccuracies

  • Promotions/credits misapplied

  • Unauthorized account activity

  • Player verification / responsible gaming issues

Step 4: Escalation to ADG

Step 5: Record Keeping & Compliance

  • All disputes kept for 3 years

  • Monthly internal reviews

  • Full transparency with ADG

Step 6: Player Notification

  • Dispute process is posted in Help Center

  • Players are kept informed throughout

12. Notification of the Self-Exclusion Process

Responsible Play

  • Fantasy sports should be entertainment, but compulsive play can cause harm.

  • ParlayPlay provides:

    • Responsible Play educational resources

    • Access to support for managing play

    • Regular updates to best practices

Self-Exclusion

  • Voluntary, confidential program to restrict access for a set time.

  • Request via:

Once activated:

  • Account immediately disabled

  • No login, deposits, entries, or promotions

  • Stays in effect until selected period expires

Arizona-Specific Options:

  • 1 year

  • 5 years

  • 10 years
