All identity verification is completed online at parlayplay.io/register/verify. This is the only way to verify your identity — our support team cannot verify accounts manually or accept ID photos through chat.

Tips for a successful verification
Use your physical ID. Screenshots, photos of a screen, photocopies, printouts, and temporary or paper IDs are not accepted.
Select the ID type that matches the ID you're holding — for example, choose "State ID" for a state ID, not "Driver's License".
Make sure your ID isn't expired.
Enter your legal name and date of birth exactly as they appear on your ID.
Take photos in good lighting with no glare, holding the card flat and straight on, with all text clearly readable.
For the selfie, face the camera directly in good lighting with nothing covering your face.
Complete every step in one session. If you leave partway through, the attempt expires and you'll need to start over.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older (21 or older in some states) and located in an eligible state to play on ParlayPlay. Check which states are eligible and review age requirements before verifying.
