For Admins: Full Control Over Templates
Admins can create templates tailored to their team’s needs—whether that’s by scope (e.g., lighting, gear) or by customer-specific formatting.
Navigate to Settings > Document Templates
Click “Create New” to create the template name, select which branch has access and turn on the default information to appear in each quote created
Use the pin icon to flag any fields that users should update (e.g., Job Name, Quote ID, Opening/Closing Notes)
For Users: Easier, Smarter Quoting
When building a new quote, users will now see a template dropdown and can pick from any of the saved templates.
Pinned fields appear at the top—no more hunting for fields to update!
Use “Push to BOMs” to sync changes across related quotes
Pull in updates from other BOMs with just a few clicks
