How to Utilize the Bid Board

Learn how the Bid Board supports deadline management, prioritization of critical tasks, and workload balance through its weekly calendar.

1. Week Summary

The top of the Bid Board shows a snapshot of everything due in the week ahead.

  • Tasks are organized by job owner, number of jobs due, and the total value of all pending jobs.

2. Calender View

The calendar gives you a quick overview of upcoming deadlines across your team.

  • Each card shows project name, opportunity name, number of quotes created, and job owner.

  • Colors are automatically assigned by user so you can identify workload at a glance.

  • Click any card to access Bid Board details β€” update opportunity stages, jump directly into a BOM, or reference project and opportunity notes.

3. Filter the Bid Board

Refine your calendar view to focus on the jobs that matter most.

  1. Click the Filters option in the Bid Board.

  2. Filter by any combination of:

    • Quoter

    • Opportunity Stage

    • Opportunity Scope

    • Branch Location

  3. Your filters apply to both the calendar view and the weekly summary.

Tip: Pin your filters to save the view you've created β€” so it's ready the next time you open the Bid Board.
