Bid Board Feature

Purpose

  • Outline the upcoming jobs scheduled for the week ahead

  • Tasks organized by job owner, number of jobs due, and the total value of all pending jobs

  • Quick overview of upcoming deadlines with related details such as project name, job type, total value and job owner

  • Submittals are indicated in blue, O&Ms are indicated in purple, and Quotes are indicated in orange

  • Refine your search within the calender view to locate specific jobs by:

    • Due Date Type

    • Project Stage

    • Priority

    • Product Scope

    • Branch Location

    • Job Owner

  • The filters will reflect on the calendar view and weekly summary
