How to Utilize the Bid Board

This enhanced view of our Bid Board allows quoters to easily see how many quotes have been created from the BOMs within their opportunity, quickly access Bid Board details to update opportunity stages, jump directly into their BOMs, and reference project- or opportunity-specific notes directly from their calendar screen.

Bid Board Feature

Purpose

  • Outline the upcoming jobs scheduled for the week ahead

  • Tasks organized by job owner, number of jobs due, and the total value of all pending jobs

  • Quick overview of upcoming deadlines with related details such as project name, opportunity name, number of quotes created and job owner

  • Colors will be automatically assigned by user

  • Refine your search within the calender view to locate specific jobs by:

    • Quoter

    • Opportunity Stage

    • Opportunity Scope

    • Branch Location

  • The filters will reflect on the calendar view and weekly summary

  • You can pin filters to save the view that you created.
