How to Add a New Store/New Location to your Account

Growing your business by adding new stores to your partner account can significantly boost your visibility, increase your bookings, and help you tap into even more customers across the entire Bounce network.

Here are the ways to add a new store and location to the Bounce Account.

Desktop/Laptop/Web Mobile Version

1. Visit your Partner Dashboard at https://partner.bounce.com/login.

2. Sign in using the email or phone number linked to your Bounce account.

3. Click the “Store” tab on the left side of the page.

4. In the upper right corner of the Store Page, click on the blue “+ Add store” button.

5. A form will appear on your screen. Fill in the details for the New Store/New Location and then click on Continue.

6. After completing the form, the information for the New Store/New Location you're adding to your account will be sent to the Activations Team for approval, which may take up to 7 days.


​App/Mobile Phone

1. Download the application depending on your device:

  • Apple Store: Link

  • Google Play Store: Link

2. After downloading, sign in using your email address or phone number associated with your Bounce Account.

3. Once logged in, at the bottom of the screen, you'll find five tabs. Tap on the "Store" tab.

4. Tap the + icon in the top-right corner.

5. A new page will appear titled "Tell us about your Business". Fill in the details of the New Store/New Location and then click on Continue.

6. After completing the form, the New Store/New Location you're adding to your account will be sent to the Activations Team for approval, which may take up to 7 days.

If you’d like the New Store/New Location to operate under a separate account, you’ll need to register it on our website just as you did with your first store.

📝 Please note: Separate accounts must use different email addresses and phone numbers, as our system does not support shared login credentials. You can register a new account here.
