There may be times when you need to temporarily close your store, whether it's for public holidays or personal reasons like vacations. Ensuring that your store is closed during such periods is crucial to avoid any inconvenience for customers who might attempt to make a booking. Here's a simple guide on how to temporarily close your Bounce store:
Closing Your Store for Today
Log in to your Partner app.
Go to Stores.
Select the store you'd like to manage.
Scroll down to the Opening Hours section and tap to expand.
Tap on "Close store for today".
Note: If you close a store for a day, the store will automatically open the next day.
Closing Your Store for Future Dates
Log in to your Partner app.
Go to Stores.
Select the store you’d like to close or change the hours from.
Scroll down to the Special Hours section.
Add new exceptions. You can either close your store for future dates or change store hours for a specific day.
