1. What are One-Time Offers?
One-Time Offers are time-sensitive promotions on specific treatments. Unlike Automated Offers (that run automatically every year such as patient birthdays, new years, or Christmas), a One-Time Offer is a "one-time" discount on treatments that can be scheduled to run one single time before it expires forever.
⚠️ NOTE: Push notifications for scheduled One-Time Offers are sent to all app users at noon (12:00) local clinic time. Make sure to schedule them in at minimum 1 day in advance instead of the day of to allow time for notifications.

New laser device! 80% off model pricing
Grand opening special offer: 25% off Coolsculpting
Mother's day glow up: 20% discount on skincare
Doctor's birthday offer: FREE consultations

3. How to create a One-Time Offer
From your dashboard, go to "App Builder" on the left-hand menu.
Go to the "Offers" section (top navigation).
Click the "Create a One-time offer" button on the right side of your screen.
4. Decide on the visibility: "Public" / "Private"
A public offer is an offer that sends out push notification (announcements and expiry) and is visible to all app users from the home screen.
A private offer will enable you to create a promo code that can be used in the patient app's checkout. This will not send out a push notification, neither will the offer be displayed on the home screen publicly. Learn more.
5. Input the offer's Start date. This is when your offer will be scheduled to go live. Offers go live and notifications get sent at noon local clinic time
6. Input an expiry timeframe. This will be displayed to app users to add urgency.
7. Input details of your offer: Why your offer is special and needs to be claimed now!
Promotion offer message: the description and push notification description.
Promotion offer headline: the in-app headline and push notification headline.
Headlines and descriptions will be used to be sent as push notifications, email and SMS marketing to your entire app database of patients. So choose wisely!
8. Set the banner background colour. This will appear at the top of your app on every screen as an announcement so patients never miss your offer. You'll get a preview of it after you create your offer. You can always edit this later.
9. Set the discount. Ex: 50% off BBL Hero. Set the percentage as 50. Under "Included products", select the treatment(s) you want to attach the discount to.
Lastly, click on "Create offer" and your offer will be scheduled!
⚠️ Discounts will be applied to the prices of specific treatments included in "Included Products", not the total cart value at checkout.
You can always edit or delete your offer by clicking on the 3 dots on the right side of the offer card and clicking "Edit offer" / "Delete offer".
