1. Go to "App Builder" (left-hand main menu) > "Offers" (top navigation) > Click on "Create a One-time offer" button.
2. In Visibility, click on "Private"
A private offer will create a promo code at checkout. This will not send out a push notification, neither will the offer be displayed on the home screen.
A public offer is an offer that sends out push notification (announcements and expiry) and is visible to all app users from the home screen. Learn more.
3. Select a desired start date and expiry timeframe for the promo code to be valid.
4. Enter in your promotion details. For example 20% Off Profhilo.
5. Decide on whether you'd like to make the promo code "Single-Use" or "Multi-Use".
Single-use limits the patients to only be able to use the promo code one time.
Multi-use allows the patients to be able to use the promo code unlimited times.
6. Finally, click on "Create offer" and your promo code will be scheduled! Allow a bit of time for it to reflect in the mobile app.
