See a video of how to do this here.
Open the Website Builder
Go to Other Tools.
Select Website Builder.
The Website Builder has three tabs: General Settings, Sections & Content, and AI Chatbot. You can move between them at any time. Use Save (or Save as draft from the Save menu) to keep your progress before you publish.
Set up General Settings
General Settings controls how your site looks and where it lives.
Enter your Community name.
Under Logo, choose Use community name as text logo, or choose Use logo image and upload your logo.
Under Appearance, choose Light or Dark mode.
Pick a Primary color for buttons and accents.
Optionally, add Meta keywords and a Meta description. These help people find your site in search engines. Google shows about 160 characters of the description.
Under Base domain, enter the web address you want in front of .site.payhoa.com. It must be 3–50 characters and use only lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens.
Important: Once you set your base domain and publish, it can't be changed. Double-check it before you publish.
If you've purchased your own domain, you can connect it under Custom domain once your website is published. See How to Connect a Custom Domain to Your Website.
Customize Sections & Content
Your website is built from sections. Use the toggle on each section to show or hide it on your site, then edit the content inside it.
About: Add a Section title, a Section description about your community, and a Community photo (recommended size 800x600px).
Amenities: Use Add amenity to list your community's amenities, each with its own description.
Resident portal: Choose which quick links appear for homeowners. Each link takes homeowners straight into PayHOA:
Make a Payment: pay dues and view payment history.
Submit Request: submit and track requests.
View Violations: review violations on file.
View Documents: access governing documents and forms.
Contact us: Add a section title and description, then turn on the contact details you want to show: Email, Phone, Management office address, and Office hours.
Turn on Gable, your AI chatbot
Gable can answer homeowner questions on your website using your community documents. The AI Chatbot tab takes you to Other Tools > AI Chatbot, where you turn Gable on for your website and choose which documents it uses. For full steps, see How to Set Up Gable, Your AI Chatbot, on Website Builder.
Preview and publish your website
Open the Save menu and select Save and preview.
Click around the preview. Everything is clickable, so you can see exactly what homeowners will see, including asking Gable a question if it's turned on.
When everything looks right, close the preview and select Publish. The publish window shows your Site URL and status. Select Publish to confirm.
Your website is now live. Homeowners can visit it to learn about the community, get to the resident portal, ask Gable questions, and contact you. You can come back to the Website Builder at any time to make changes, then publish again.
