There are two entry points through which you sign up for PaymentHub:

  • Single Sign-On (SSO)

  • Email invitation

SSO is a method of authentication that allows users to log in with one username and a secure password, but have access to multiple applications or websites. If your Payor has a SSO integration with PaymentHub, you can access PaymentHub through your Payor’s platform. Typically, a link on the Payor platform directs you to start the PaymentHub registration process.

If your Payor doesn’t have an SSO integration with PaymentHub, your Payor will send you an email invitation to register on PaymentHub. From a link in the email, you can launch the registration workflow. As first steps, you will need to create your login credentials (username and password), and agree to Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, etc. See Figure 1.

Note: If you have already registered a login and are invited to access a new account, you can choose to log in with your existing credentials. Use your existing username and password link. See Figure 1. Once you login, both the new account and account(s) you already had access to are visible.

Important: If you receive an email invitation, the link expires in 7 days. If you do not use the link during that time, you will need a new invitation from your Payor.

Note that when creating a password for PaymentHub, you'll need it to be:

  • At least 8 characters

  • Contain at least 1 number

  • Contain at least 1 uppercase letter

  • Contain at least 1 lowercase letter

  • Contain at least 1 special character

Once you create an account, you can access PaymentHub through an SSO integration, or with a username and secure password. However, you must setup a payment method before payments can be made.

The registration workflow consists of 4 steps. See Figure 2. The steps vary depending on whether or not your Payor has an SSO integration with PaymentHub. After access of PaymentHub has been set up, you must complete the Identity Verification and Payment Method Setup steps during the registration workflow as well.

Important: You cannot receive payments until all steps are completed.

Some Payors may add your Payment Method. Check your account to make sure all steps are completed.
