Learn how to create an eSign document using a template with this simple guide on the eSign feature below.

Streamline the Signing Process for you and your employees for a hassle-free experience.

Step 1: Click ‘Documents’ from the left panel menu.

Step 2: Click ‘Create’ located on the top right side of the screen.

Step 3: Click ‘Document from template’ to select existing templates.

Step 4: Select ‘My Template’ or ‘Template library’.

If you already have an existing template, click ‘My template’ and select a document template. If you don’t have a template yet, click ‘Template library’ to browse a variety of templates across different categories.

Step 5: Hover your mouse over a template saved and select ‘Use’ to apply.

To preview a template before using it, hover your mouse over the document and click the eye icon.

Step 6: Once you’ve decided to use the template, click ‘Use template’.

Step 7: Enter the name and email address of the signer(s). To add more signatories, click ‘+ Add signer’.

Toggle the option if you want to include yourself as a signer.

Step 8: Click ‘Next’ to proceed to the next page.

Step 9: Your selected template will be uploaded automatically.

Step 10: Add and assign text and tags to each signer for the fields you want them to complete. Select the signer at the bottom of the page, with each signer having a unique color.

Step 11: Pick the tags from the top, and then drag and place them onto the document.

Step 12: Click ‘Next’ to proceed to the final step.

Step 13: Enter a name for your document and select a category. Include other recipients of your document under the 'Add CC' field.

Step 14: To save it as a template for future use, click ‘Save as template’.

Step 15: If you choose to send the document, click ‘Send’, and its status will change to Pending signature.

Once all signers have completed the signing, the document's status will update to Signed.
