Learn how to search and filter documents in Payroller eSign with our simple guide below.
Step 1: Click on the 'Document' section in the left-hand panel of your Payroller account.
Step 2: In the ‘Document’ tab, use the search box at the top of your document list to search by document name or recipient.
Step 3: Click the ‘More’ button next to the search bar to filter documents by Status, AI Contract, Category, and Last Updated by.
To define each status and contract type, please see below.
'Draft' - Documents that have been created but not yet sent to the employee.
'Pending Signature' - Documents that have been sent and are awaiting signatures from all the recipients.
'Signed' - Documents that have been signed and fully completed by all recipients.
'Saved' - Documents that have been uploaded and stored in Payroller.
'AI Contract' - All contracts that have been generated by AI. These documents also display an ‘AI’ tag next to the document name.
You can also view and filter your documents by customer. Simply click ‘By employees’ on the far-right side at the top of your document list, then select a customer to view the documents you've shared with them.
You can apply filters and search for your documents to narrow your results.
