Learn how to cancel your Payroller subscription as an Employer with our simple guide below.
Please note that if your agent is in charge of your subscription, you will not be able to cancel the subscription from your account unless you update the card details to your own. If you are paying for the subscription and would like to provide your agent access to customize your subscription, you will need to provide them with access to do so.
Step 1: Click your company profile located in the lower-left corner of your screen.
Step 2: Open ‘Settings’.
Step 3: Open ‘Billing’.
Step 4: Choose ‘View Plan’ for the Payroll & STP subscription.
Step 5: On the subscription screen, click the three dots.
Step 6: Choose ‘Cancel Subscription’.
Step 7: Choose a reason for your cancellation, then click the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button to confirm.
Step 8: You have the option to claim $25.00, which can be used as a voucher when you resubscribe in the future.
Step 9: Your subscription will now be cancelled.
Please note that when you cancel your subscription, the account subscription will end at the end of the current billing period.
On this screen, you'll be able to see the date your subscription will end. You will also be able to renew a canceled subscription by selecting ‘Uncancel Subscription’.
