Once you have subscribed for Payroller you can edit the number of employee spots on your subscription.
To do this select 'Settings'.
From the subscription screen, select the number of employee spots.
Update the number of employee spots and select ‘view order summary’.
Please note: If you increase the number of employee spots, you will automatically be charged for the additional spots the day you make the upgrade. This will be charged up until the end of the current subscription.
If you decide to reduce the number of employee spots, you will be charged at the reduced number of spots from your next payment date.
Review your order summary and if everything looks good, select ‘Proceed’ to confirm.
Once you have successfully updated your account you should receive a confirmation through your email.
Please note that if your agent is currently paying for your subscription then you will not be able to edit the number of employee spots unless you enter your own credit card details to change the plan. If you are paying for the subscription and would like to provide your agent, access to customise your subscription you will need to provide them with the access to do so.
