Learn how to edit the number of active employee seats on a client's Payroller subscription as an agent with our simple guide below.
Step 1: Make sure the Active employee count matches the number of employee seats you would like to subscribe for.
To do this from the agent portal click on the client card and select 'People'
Once you have reviewed the seats from the client portal you can click the 'Agent Portal' on the top left to go back to the agent portal
Step 2: Next Increase or decrease the number of seats by selecting the ellipses of your client’s card in the Agent Portal.
Step 3: Select ‘Billing’.
Step 4: Select the number of employee spots.
Step 5: Edit the amount and select ‘Next’.
Step 6: Review the payment amount and select ‘Confirm’.
Your client’s subscription has now been updated
