Learn how to allow Annual leave and Sick leave requests in Payroller

Learn how to allow Annual leave and Sick leave requests in Payroller with our simple guide below. Once enabled, annual and sick leave balances will be displayed on employee payslips.

There are two versions of Payroller


Version 1: Old version

Step 1: To show the leave balance on payslips, select ‘Settings’.

Step 2: Select ‘Organisation Settings.

Step 3: Select ‘Leave Settings’.

Step 4: Select the leave type balance you would like shown on your employee payslips.

Step 5: Select ‘Save’.

Your employee leave balances will now show on their payslips.


Version 2: New version

Step 1: Go to your account’s profile in the upper left corner of your main screen.

Step 2: Select ‘Settings’.

Step 3: Go to ‘Leave’.

Step 4: Select the leave type balance you would like shown on your employee payslips.

Step 5: Select ‘Save’.

Your employee leave balances will now show on their payslips.
