Learn how to change your email address for your Payroller account with our simple guide below.
There are two versions of Payroller
Version 1: Old version
Step 1: To change your email, go to ‘Settings’.
Step 2: Select ‘Personal Settings’.
Step 3: Click on the 'Change' button.
Step 4: Enter the new email address and click ‘Submit’.
Step 5: A confirmation email will be sent to your new email address, select ‘Verify your email’.
If you can't find the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. If you haven't received the email at all, contact our support team and they'll help get it sorted.
Version 2: New version
Step 1: Go to your account’s profile in the upper left corner of your main screen.
Step 2: To change your email address, select ‘Settings’.
Step 3: Go to 'Personal'.
Step 4: Go to the ‘Account Security’ section and click the ‘Change’ button.
Step 5: Enter and confirm your new email address.
Step 6: Click the ‘Send verification email’ button.
Step 7: A verification email will be sent to your new email address, select ‘Verify your email’.
