Accessing your clients' payroll

Learn how to access your clients' payroll in the Payroller Agent Portal

Learn how to access your clients' payroll in the Payroller Agent Portal with our simple guide below.

Once you have invited or imported your client onto Payroller you will have access to your clients' payroll.

There are two versions of Payroller


Version 1: Old version

Step 1: To access your client’s payroll click on the ‘Clients’ section in the left-hand column.

Step 2: To access the payroll of your client, simply click on the client’s name you require.

If you have clicked into your client’s account and need to return to the agent portal, click on the ‘Agent Portal’ button at the top of the screen.

To access your client's billings page select the ellipses on the right side of the client's tab and select ‘Billing’.

Here you can view your client's subscription page.


Version 2: New version

Step 1: To access your client’s payroll click on the ‘Agent home’ section in the left-hand column.

Step 2: To access the payroll of your client, hover over your clients' company name and click on the icon

This will open a new tab with your clients' account

Step 3: You can go back to the agent portal by clicking back to the agent tab or selecting ‘Agent Portal’.

Step 4: To access your client’s billing page, select the ellipses on the right side of the clients' tab.

Step 5: Select ‘Billing’.

Here you can view your client's subscription page.
