Learn to add clients to your Agent Portal in Payroller by sending them an invitation with our simple guide below.

Please note that this method will not work if your client has turned their employer account into an agent account. If they have an agent account they will need to change this to an employer account before accepting the invitation.

There are currently two versions of Payroller

Version 1: Old version

Step 1: To invite a client to your agent portal, select '+ New Client'.

Step 2: Fill out the form with the client's first name and email address. Click 'Send Invitation'.

Your client will receive an email with instructions on how to set up their Payroller account.

If the client has an existing account they need to select ‘Log In’.

If the client does not have a payroller account they can create an account by entering their email address and password and selecting ‘Sign up’.

This invitation will expire after a certain amount of time. If it does expire, you can resend the invitation.

If your client doesn't receive this email in their inbox, ask them to check their spam or junk folders. If it isn't in one of these, get them to reach out to us at hello@payroller.com.au

Version 2: New version
