Learn how to unlink or remove a client's payroll from your Payroller Agent account, and transition them to a new agent portal, with our simple guide below.
Click on the relevant client. Before starting, log in to payroller.com.au.
From there, click on the 'Settings' section in the column on the left.
Select 'Organisation Settings'.
Go to the 'Linked Agent' heading.
Click on 'Unlink'.
Click 'Yes' if you wish to continue.
Invite Clients to the New Agent Portal
Once clients are unlinked, follow these steps to add them to the new agent portal:
Log in to payroller.com.au using your new agent account.
Click + New Client.
Complete the client registration form.
Select Send Invitation.
The client will receive an email with instructions on how to connect with the new portal.

Will client data be retained during the transition?
Yes, all client information β including pay runs and Single Touch Payroll (STP) submissions β will remain intact throughout the process. Once a client is linked to the new agent portal, their complete history and records will still be accessible.
