Learn how to edit the email of the main Agent account holder in the Payroller Agent Portal with our simple guide below.

There are two versions of Payroller

Version 1: Old version

Step 1: Click the ‘3 dots’ located in the right side corner of your agent account.

Step 2: Select ‘Change Email’.

A screen will appear to enter your new email address.

Step 3: Click the ‘Submit’ button once done.

An email will be sent to your new email address. Please check your inbox and follow the steps in the email to verify your new email address.

Step 4: Click the ‘Verify your email’ button to confirm the change.

Your email address will now have been changed.

Step 7: Go to https://payroller.com.au/ and select ‘Forgot Password’ to create a new password for your login.

Step 8: Enter your new email address and select ‘Request reset link’.

If this is a valid email address, you should receive an email to reset your password within the next few minutes. Make sure to check your junk or spam folder if you did not receive the email in your inbox. If the email is not in your junk or spam folder, review your email address and resubmit a forgot password request, or reach out to us at hello@payroller.com.au

You should have received an email to change your password.

Step 9: Select ‘Change Password’.

Step 10: Enter a new password and click ‘Submit’.

Once you have set up your password you can log in to your new account.

The new agent account will have been updated.

Version 2: New version

Step 1: You'll need to be on your list of clients. If you're not there, you can click on the ‘Agent home’ section in the left-hand column.

Step 2: Click the ‘three dots’ located in the right side corner of your agent account.

Step 3: Select ‘Change Email’.

Step 4: Enter the new email address and select ‘Save’.

An email will be sent to the new email address to be verified.

Step 5: Select ‘Click here’ from the verification email to verify the new email.

Please note: the link will expire in one hour. If it does expire, you can resend the link by following the same process from the beginning in the agent portal.

Once that's done, the email will have now been changed.

Step 6: Go to https://payroller.com.au/ and select ‘Forgot Password’ to create a new password for your login.

Step 7: Enter your new email address and select ‘Request reset link’.

Step 8: Select ‘Change Password’.

Step 9: Enter a new password and click ‘Submit’.

Once you have set up your password you can log in to your agent account using your new email as username and new password.
