Learn how to enter Family and domestic violence leave (FDVL) using our simple guide below.

Step 1

Select ‘+ New Pay run’.

Step 2

Review the dates and select ‘Let’s Start!’.

Step 3

Click ‘More’.

Step 4

Select ‘Family and domestic violence leave’.

Step 5

Enter the number of hours without removing them from ordinary hours.

If the Ordinary work hours are 0, you need to add the number of hours for FDVL here. This is the same as with adding annual and sick leave.

FDVL will not show on payslips. Instead, it will appear as Ordinary hours

This payment however will show in the Payroll Activity Summary report.

Currently, the accrual of FDVL is not tracked on Payroller. If this is a feature you would like to see let us know on our feature request board.
