Creating a roster at a time that already has a roster or leave will cause a conflict error message.

You won’t be able to publish the roster to your employees until the conflicts are resolved.

Learn how to resolve shift conflicts in Payroller with our simple guide below.

Step 1: Click on 'Roster'.

Step 2: Select 'Conflicting shift'.

Step 3: Choose 'Delete all conflicting shifts' to keep the original shift or select 'Resolve' to fix a specific conflict.

Step 4: If you choose ‘Resolve’, make any necessary changes and click ‘Save Changes’.

Note: The Start Publishing button will only appear after all conflicts have been resolved.
