In Peak Strength, setting the proper equipment will ensure that you are only prescribed exercises that you have the equipment to perform.
If you would like to make any adjustments to your current equipment settings, such as adding or removing certain equipment, follow these steps:
Click into your account settings in the top left corner.
2. Select the “Equipment” tab from the navigation menu.
3. Toggle on or off the equipment you would like to adjust.
4. After making a change, click “Save changes” at the bottom of your screen.
Note: You may not see immediate changes to your workouts when adding or removing equipment
When removing equipment: Your workout should update immediately. If today's workout hasn't updated, try removing the workout (Select workout on dashboard > select three dots in upper right hand corner > select "Remove Workout"). Then add the workout back into your schedule (Select "Add workout" > Find the same name workout under the "Suggested workouts" section). You'll receive a new version of the workout that does not include the equipment you removed.
When adding equipment: You may not see a change in your workout, as the prescribed exercises for that workout may not have intended to use the equipment you added. You may notice in the next phase that your new equipment is working it's way into your workouts. Alternatively, you can try replacing an exercise and look for a substitute that uses your desired equipment.
When making a major change such as adding or removing a barbell from your equipment, you'll be asked if you want to rebuild your training plan. We structure workouts differently if you don't have a barbell, so if it is a long term adjustment, we suggest rebuilding your training plan.
