Athletes have many different training goals. One of those training goals is to build absolute strength in the core powerlifting movements of squat, bench press, and deadlift while still doing Olympic weightlifting movements.

We understand this goal because absolute strength and athletic power go hand in hand.

This is why we have developed the Supertotal training plan specifically for this purpose.

The Super total training plan is a dedicated pathway to focusing on all the competitive strength movements of squat, bench press, deadlift, snatch, and clean and jerk.

You can access this training goal by selecting “train for a goal”.

Select “Strength”

Select “Supertotal”

And finish building your training plan by finishing the questionnaire.

If you have additional questions or suggestions for more training plans, feel free to refer to the rest of our help center or reach out to us via email at support@peakstrength.app
