How do I see my Maxes and PRs?

How to view and share the personal records you've hit for each exercise.

Written by Ivan Escott

Peak Strength tracks Maxes and Personal Records (PRs) for its most important exercises. Not every exercise tracks PRs, but many do. When you hit a new record during a workout, you'll see a screen congratulating you on the achievement, and at the end of the workout you'll see all the records you hit that session.

You can view your records any time:

1. Tap the Progress tab on your Training Dashboard.

2. Tap the exercise you want to view.

3. Tap "My PRs" to view all your records for that exercise.

4. Tap any tile to open its achievement screen.

5. To share a record, tap "Share" to export an image of the achievement.

Note: Non-weighted exercises have a single PR value. For weighted exercises, a new best at a given rep count is called a Rep Max, shown with the rep count (for example, 1 Rep Max, 3 Rep Max, 7 Rep Max). You may have several, one for each rep count.
