In Peak Strength, your PRs and performance levels are tracked over time the more you complete workouts.

Peak Strength stores all the best completed sets for each exercise in a workout. Although your primary testing exercises are shown in your profile overview, you can find your performance levels and previous best sets inside the “exercise history” tab.

You can access your exercise history for any exercise in your training plan by clicking into the workout that has the specific exercise.

Click on the exercise you want to view your history for.

Select the “View History” tab from the menu at the bottom of the screen.

You will then receive a screen that lists all of your top performances for the movement, your current performance level, and the ability to manually update/change your performance level.

NOTE: Changing your performance level manually will have a direct affect on your weight recommendations.

If you have additional questions, please refer to the rest of our help center or feel free to reach out to us via email at support@peakstrength.app
