What is the Cultivation Challenge?

A 90-day challenge to build muscle, mobility, and strength, and earn a badge for finishing.

Written by Ivan Escott

You already know what real training feels like. The Cultivation Challenge is your way back to it.

Over 13 weeks, you'll move through three phases built to work together. First, you'll build lean muscle with foundational strength work and cardio. Then you'll spend a phase restoring the mobility your body needs to move well under load. From there, you'll squat every day, layering volume on top of the strength and mobility you've already built.

Who it's for

The Cultivation Challenge is for anyone who wants to train the way athletes train, whether you're a former athlete getting back to structured work or someone who wants to feel and move like one again. The program is built to work with you wherever you are in your strength journey, whether just starting out, returning to training, or have been training for years.

What you'll do

The challenge runs from August 2 to October 31, 2026. Your training is organized into three four-week phases:

  • Lean Muscle: build lean muscle through foundational strength work and cardio.

  • Full Range: restore the mobility your body needs to move well under load.

  • Squat Everyday: squat every day, adding volume on top of the strength and mobility you've built.

The challenge closes with a 1 week testing phase where everything comes together and you can prove the progress that you've made.

If you join before the challenge starts, you'll also get a few weeks of prep workouts to ease you in. These don't count toward your goal, but they'll get you ready for it.

How to finish and earn your badge

Complete 80 or more workouts by October 31st and you'll earn the Cultivation 2026 badge for your trophy case. While you're enrolled, you'll see a preview of the badge in your Challenge Trophies. Finish the challenge and it converts to the full-color version, yours to keep and share.

Here's our promise: put in the work for all 13 weeks, and you'll feel better than you have in years. This isn't about chasing a number. It's about proving to yourself that you can still show up, day after day, for something bigger.
