Use this screen to update organisation details, for example, your school's suppliers.

Edit an organisation

  1. Select Administration > Manage Names.

  2. Filter the list to find the organisation you want. For help on this, see the Article, Find Names

  3. Click the hyperlinked Organisation Name to open the Update Organisation screen.

  4. Select In Use to ensure you can select the organisation on the system. If you don't want to select the organisation anymore, clear this check box.

  5. Update the contact Name, Address, Post Code, Phone Number and Email Address for the contact, if required.

  6. Update any further fields that exist, as required.

  7. To add more fields for additional information, click the plus icon.

  8. Click Save.
