Note: To complete this task you will be required to enter a manager pin.
In case of sales not syncing with the servers, we recommend checking for any unsynced sales before closing the register for the day to make sure everything has gone through correctly and balances.
To do this, please follow the steps below:
Within your SumUp POS App, navigate to the settings cog, top right
Head down to Check Unsynced Sales (you will need a manager PIN to access this section. Any unsynced sales will be displayed here
Select Fix Sales and allow up to 30 seconds for the sync to work its way through
Select the cross at the top right-hand-side to exit the settings area and return to your POS main screen
