A guide that clarifies and demonstrates the process of separating your Till registers to ensure their individual, independent operation.

Having multiple tills allows for the utilisation of distinct registers. This guide will assist you in verifying that each till is correctly assigned to its designated register, preventing multiple tills from accessing the same register.

This approach ensures seamless sales synchronisation between systems, eliminating any disruptions.

Here at Pebble, as part of your initial setup, we've already segregated your tills into separate registers, granting you internal access to these tills.

To reassign your existing tills to their respective new registers, follow these steps:

  1. Each on-site iPad is designated with your school's name followed by a number, corresponding to the number of tills on site. To identify the iPad's name, navigate to Settings > General > About on the iPad and make a note of its name for the next step.

  2. Now that you have the iPad's name, go to the SumUp app on the iPad's home screen and log in. You should be able to use "101788" to gain access.

  3. Once logged in, click on the Settings icon at the top right and scroll down to "Change Register."

  4. Select the register that corresponds to this iPad using the "Make Register" active button.

  5. Tap the white cross at the top right, followed by pressing the school logo at the top left. You should receive a "Settings up to date" message.

  6. Repeat steps 1 - 4 for all other iPads on site
