Review & Publish Settings
This screen allows you to review all the data you add to your event in a single screen.
Instructions
Click 'Edit' to return to a page and change the event settings.
Click on the '+' icon to open a field.
A green tick implies the field was completed correctly.
'View notes' - to review the notes of a field, click on it. This will open a modal where you can read the notes. Click the 'x' in the top right-hand corner to close the modal.
Confirm - once the event is set up correctly, click the 'Next' button in the top right-hand corner.
Click 'Publish' to publish your event to the public.
Note: While clicking 'Publish' will make your event public, people will not be able to register for your event however until the 'Registrations Open Date and Time' that you set in your Event Details Page.
Note: You can update all event settings at any time by clicking 'Edit Event Details' in your event management dashboard.

How can I publish my event?
When you get to the end of the create event process, you click the Publish event button.
This will open a confirmation screen and when you click the pink ‘Publish’ button, your event will be published for the public to view.
Note that people will not be able to register for your event until the registration's open date arrives.
If you are selling sponsor and vendor packages, brands will be able to start buying these products as soon as the event is published.
How can I invite people to my event?
When you get to the end of the create event process, you click the Publish event button.
This will open a confirmation screen and when you click the pink ‘Publish’ button, you will see a success screen that gives you an option to view the public event page or invite people to view the event.
If you click the 'Invite' button, you will be able to search for users on the platform and invite them to the event.
Alternatively, you can enter email addresses for people who may not yet have a Pegasus account.
This is particularly useful for your first event on Pegasus when you want to invite your regular customers/exhibitors.
If you click ‘View Event’ instead, you will be taken to the public event page.
Here you can click on the ‘Share Event’ button and follow the steps in the modal to invite people to your event.
Both sharing methods allow you to share within the platform or externally via email.
