We understand that situations change, and there may come a time when you need to cancel your Penji account. Once your account is canceled, you'll no longer have full access to our services until you update your payment information and reactivate your account.
That said, we know you may still need your work after canceling. Once your account is canceled, you can still access it to download and export your completed projects as files. Keep in mind that you won't be able to open the projects themselves or view their individual versions, only the final files.

For times when you don't have much design work but want to keep your account active, our Pause plan is a great option. With Pause, you pay a reduced fee to keep access to all your completed projects, submit new projects on a limited basis, and continue enjoying Penji's services. The plan comes with some restrictions, but it's a useful way to stay connected to your account during slower periods, and you can resume a full plan whenever you're ready.
