You will be locked out of the Penji service when canceling your account. However, we always understand that you may need files AFTER you cancel your service. We can allow for temporary 24-hour access to our platform at any time.

Once you set your account to cancel, your account is subject to the complete removal of all files within 90 days. However, all customers do have the option of Pausing their subscription, where you will pay a subsidized fee to have access to Penji designers on a limited basis and all the benefits of Penji's services.
