We understand that situations change, and there may come a time when you need to cancel your Penji account. Once your account is canceled, you will no longer have access to our services until you decide to update your payment information and reactivate your account.

We recognize that you might still need access to your files even after canceling your service. To accommodate this, our Billing department offers a 24-hour access window to our platform upon request. If you need temporary access, simply reach out to us via our live chat or email us at support@penji.co, and we will be happy to assist you.

Additionally, we offer the option to pause your subscription. By opting for this, you can pay a reduced fee to maintain access to all your completed projects, submit new projects on a limited basis, and enjoy the benefits of Penji's services. This option allows you to easily resume a full-time plan whenever you're ready.
