At Penji, we have a global workforce to meet the demands of our diverse customer base. We primarily hire from Asia, Europe, and America.

All designers go through a specific and orchestrated test to prove their skills and are all full-time employees of Penji. This allows us to ensure quality, commitment, and a better overall experience to you the customer.

We also have a Penji team member available within your account at all times. If there is an immediate need, reach out to your team within Penji. Although we can not guarantee that your designer will be able to work within your time zone, we do have team members to ensure your voice is heard and the feedback is applied to your project or account.
