If you're an existing customer, please do the following:

  • Log into Penji

  • Click your name in the top right

  • Click "Profile & account"

  • Then billing.

Here you will be able to update your CC before your next billing.

If your account is currently inactive or your payment has been declined in the future, do the following:

  • Log into Penji your dashboard: https://app.penji.co/

  • Then a prompt will appear asking for your CC information

  • Once you add the CC information, your account will automatically be billed.

  • If you obtain access, that means you're all set

  • If not, there may be something wrong with your CC

If you're still experiencing issues, we do have a way to manually charge your card. Email our support team at support@penji.co or message our webchat immediately.
