How do I update my billing?

Update your CC information

Updated over a week ago

To update your billing, do the following:
- Log into Penji
- Click on your name in the top-right
- Click "Profile & Account"
- Then, "Billing"

Here you will be able to update your CC before your next billing. If your account is currently inactive or your payment has been declined, do the following:


- Log into your Penji dashboard: https://app.penji.co/
- A prompt will appear asking for your CC information
- Add new or updated CC information

Once added, your account will automatically be billed. If you're still experiencing issues, we do have the ability to process your charge manually. Email our support team at support@penji.co or message our webchat immediately.
